New Samsung Galaxy models have a feature called "Smart Manager", this feature prevents some apps from running if you didn't used them for a while.This feature got implemented to reduce battery consumption for apps you aren't using. But if you have an app which you want to run in the background and update regularly you need to disable the "App Optimization". This needs tobe done to allow Familonet to work correctly.
If you want Familonet to work properly you should disable the "App PowerSaving" Mode for it, that way you will still get all the notifications and messages.
